It doesn't have to be as complicated as some people make it seem.

Yes, you still have to work hard and make it a priority.

But it doesn't have to consume your life.

A few bells and 40 minutes in your living room, garage, basement, backyard, kids play room and a well structured & a thought out program is enough.

Follow A Plan

Doing a bunch of random workouts all the time is fun, trust me I know, and if you really know what you’re doing then you can get away with doing “random” workouts…but that is a very, very small amount of people that can do that the right way.

You most likely have too much going on. Life is already crazy busy and your cup is full, you shouldn’t be adding more things for you to do…like making your own workouts.

And no offense, but if I’m being honest…you’re probably not that good at it either

You should be following a plan.

Spend a few bucks and get something that is done for you.

Something that will lay out your exercises properly in a thought out and purposeful way. Tells you your sets, reps, how to do things the right way and how to progress.

Maybe it’s mine, maybe it’s someone else’s…I’m fine either way…

And if you don’t want to do mine then cool, reach out to me and I’ll recommend some other awesome programs from great coaches for you to do - I don’t care.

Hands On Experience

The other day I had a guy comment on one of my YouTube posts saying:

"Really appreciate hearing a jacked dude talk about fitness in a way the rest of us can relate to. It seems most of YouTube is focused on pretending the audience is going to be the next Olympic athlete"

Well yea that's what happens when you've been training real, every day people for 15 years. You start to realize that 99% of people aren't looking for 500lb deadlifts and 8% bodyfat.

There are a lot of people posting fitness content online who have never actually trained someone in person.

And it is very obvious who those people are (obvious to me at least).

There is a level of experience and knowledge of your customer base that can't be replicated without having done the in person work. And when you've put in those years in person, talking with clients, experiencing their problems and what they care about first hand...it makes your transition to online that much better and simpler.

The reason my content is so relatable is because I've done thousands of 1 on 1 sessions, taught thousands of classes and talked to thousands of every day people.

Hard to beat boots on the ground experience.
