4 Rules to Get Strong & Build Muscle From Home My wife and I are currently in the middle of packing up our apartment for a move. And that includes the garage gym... I've sold a bunch of equipment moved everything else around to get it ready for moving day! So needless to say...the garage gym is a shell of what it was just a week ago and quite frankly I don't have too much time to workout right now. But that doesn't mean progress stalls and workouts suffer. I have 24sq feet, a few kettlebells and the right approach to continue to do workouts that will build strength and gain muscle during this short period of time. Having a full garage gym setup is nice...but not necessary. It's not about what you have access to...it's your approach & mindset.
