There is a system that I have been using with myself and my clients for years now to gain functional strength, increase muscle, decrease pain and just feel amazing both physically and mentally.

And yes, no matter their age.

There are 6 steps to this system…

They’re all simple and they’re all very doable for anybody!

And in this video I break down all 6 steps, and how you can maximize them.

Pushing Progress.

15 Minute Maintenance Workouts.

This time of year gets tough.

Work is more chill, summer is still in full force, you're on vacation or maybe your kids aren't in summer camp anymore.

It's kind of a weird mix between super crazy or super chill times, depending on your situation.

Regardless - both of those situations can lead to not the best workout routine, and that's ok!

Because you're allowed to have times where your workouts aren't top priority because you're busy or just livin life.

But I said "not top priority" not "doing absolutely nothing" - see this is where a lot of people get into trouble and fall off.

Because they go from a great routine, to doing nothing. And many times that is because they don't think something like a few 15 minute workouts week will actually do anything.

When they couldn't be more wrong - maintaining is actually very easy and doesn't take as much as people might think. If you were in a good routine of working out 4-5x a week for 45 minutes - you could maintain most of, if not all that progress with 3-4, 15 minute workouts a week for a little while. Yea you might lose a little strength or cardio but not as much as you might think...because you kept moving.

But if you do nothing...you will fall off quicker than you thought and will be forcing yourself into a tough climb back...and that's if you do get back to it.

So if you're chillin on a beach, relaxin and havin a few beers...or chasing your kids around like a maniac because they aren't back in school yet...do your best to squeeze in a few 15 minute workouts a week to keep your progress, until you're back to your regular schedule in September.

Trust me...they will do you much more good than you think

Client Shoutout

Today's client shoutout goes to John!

John has been on Project Bellplex for a couple months now and man...look at these results! He has been putting in the work on both the regular Project Bellplex program AND Clubs N Bells.

Weight down, smaller clothes, better rucks and increased strength...I mean you can't beat that.

Congrats on all your success so far John, but I know this is only the beginning for you and you are well on your way to crushing your next goals, I can't wait to see it happen!

Business Nugget.

Give It Aaaallll Away...

This was a pretty cool comment I got on a YouTube video the other day and it reminded me about one of the most valuable principles I've learned when it comes to posting content...

Post everything you know.

Don't hold any information back.

A lot of coaches and trainers (or anyone posting informative content) think that if they give away & post all of the information they have in their content then people won't buy from them and it'll hurt their business.

And yes...there are going to be people who take things into their own hands and just use your information to figure it out on their own.

But there's also going to be a very large amount of people who grow to like, respect and trust you so much because you give away so much information...that when they want to take things to the next level, or learn more, or implement better by purchasing a product - you're their first stop.

Not to mention, if you are going as far as to post information on social media you probably genuinely enjoy that topic and like teaching it to people...so TEACH as much as you can and get all of the information out there that you have.

Because I truly believe it will come back to benefit you.

4 Rules to Get Strong & Build Muscle From Home My wife and I are currently in the middle of packing up our apartment for a move. And that includes the garage gym... I've sold a bunch of equipment moved everything else around to get it ready for moving day! So needless to say...the garage gym is a shell of what it was just a week ago and quite frankly I don't have too much time to workout right now. But that doesn't mean progress stalls and workouts suffer. I have 24sq feet, a few kettlebells...
