I want to start off this email by giving a big THANK YOU to everyone that is reading it because PROJECT BELLPLEX turns 2 years old today!

If you are reading this email, that means you have played some sort of role in it and it's growth. Whether you are a current member, a former member or just someone who supports me by reading my emails/following on social media it means everything to me.

Project Bellplex has turned into something I honestly didn't think was possible when I started it, and because of that, I get to do what I love on a daily basis.

So from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you for your support over the years and your continued support in the future!

4 Step Formula For Muscle

Yes...it is this topic again...

Kettlebells can absolutely build serious muscle—but only if you follow the right formula.

Forget the myths: they’re not just for cardio or conditioning. This isn’t about random circuits or flashy flows or juggling—it’s about real hypertrophy and real strength training, plain and simple.

I’ve coached thousands of people through this method, and when they follow it, it works every time.

In this video, I break down the exact 4-step formula so you can start applying it today and finally get results.

Pushing Progress.

Are 15 minute workouts enough?

Different people, need different advice, based on where they are in their journey.

Let's say someone has been working out 3-5x a week, 45-60 minute sessions and you have been doing that for a few years...

For that person, a 15 minute workout really isn't going to do much for them in terms of progress. It'll check the box on a day where they are very short on time and they can get something in...

But when it comes to seeing results it's not doing much...but does that mean 15 minute workouts are worthless?

Of course not.

Let's say someone hasn't worked out consistently in 5 years and they're 25lbs overweight.

Well...a 15 minute workout for them is an amazing thing for them to do! They might not be able to handle a full 45-60 minute workout, and if they can, they might not be bale to stay consistent with them because of mental and physical burnout.

A simple 15 minute workout might be exactly what they need to get the ball rolling and finally start moving their body in a way that works for them.

Not to mention...they haven't done anything for years so they will absolutely be burning calories, building some muscle and gaining flexibility with a 15 minute workout.

I know this is a simple point to make but I want to make it for those out there that might not be starting because they feel that what they CAN handle and fit into their schedule "isn't enough".

It is.

Everything is relative and everything has nuance behind it.

There are not absolutes in the fitness industry.

Get up. get moving.

Client Shoutout

Today's client shoutout goes to John!

John is fairly new to Project Bellplex but as you can see he is already reaping the benefits from just half of a cycle!

Of course I love when people get stronger, more mobile and see physical changes on themselves...but I really love to hear when people are getting smoother and better with the skills of kettlebells. It is one of the underrated things about kettlebells that makes people enjoy them so much.

Learning and improving a skill is a very rewarding feeling and something that helps people coming back consistently!

Oh...and I also love when people buy heavier bells! Keep it up John!

Business Nugget.

Poor Everyone Else.

I mentioned a couple weeks ago that I am on an Alex Hormozi kick lately.

I've listened to hours upon hours of podcasts with him in the past couple months.

I've heard 5,000 Instagram reel worthy motivational one liners...

But there are 2 that have stuck more than the others, today I want to tell you one of them (I'll probably do the other next week).

He is talking about when things get hard, and what you tell yourself. How to push through and not give up:

Shift your mindset from "this is hard" to "no one else will be able to do this".

It flips the internal dialogue with yourself from "poor me" to "poor everyone else who is going to have to fucking try"

Idk. Maybe that hit hard with you and maybe it didn't...but it did with me and I felt like sharing it.

4 Rules to Get Strong & Build Muscle From Home My wife and I are currently in the middle of packing up our apartment for a move. And that includes the garage gym...
