The great thing about programming workouts for over 1,000 people on a daily basis… Is that you get very good at simplifying things. You cut out the fluff and BS. Because you have to keep things simple and straightforward when writing workouts for that many people. Especially when you actually want to get them results. Fluff and noise might get people in the door… But it doesn’t do anything for them long-term. Because it either gets them nowhere…or injured. Now I fancy myself a humble man… but if there is one thing I know I’ve gotten real damn good at over the years… It is teaching group fitness.
